CoreLogic

CoreLogic forms the foundation of the JobLogic System. This central database houses all JobLogic information. Data can be entered quickly via user-friendly input screens and enquiry routines provide instant data retrieval and interrogation.

ServLogic
ServLogic

ServLogic is the complete call handling package. The service desk screen highlights outstanding work and provides full status tracking of all works undertaken.

PlanLogic
PlanLogic

PlanLogic provides complete control over all scheduled & planned activities. The workflow is status monitored from generation to completion via a control screen.

CostLogic
CostLogic

CostLogic provides comprehensive time & material job costing and invoicing. Multiple selling rates may be defined to control mark-ups and sell values on all chargeable items.

BuyLogic
BuyLogic

BuyLogic integrates fully with both the ServLogic and PlanLogic modules allowing purchase orders to be linked directly to jobs. Supplier invoices can be matched against outstanding orders.

StockLogic
StockLogic

StockLogic is a stock control module allowing stock levels to be monitored in locations. Stock profiles ensure each location is correctly stocked and replenished whilst search facilities make locating items both quick and simple.

QuoteLogic
QuoteLogic

QuoteLogic acts as a precursor to the ServLogic module allowing quotes and enquiries to be logged into the system and status tracked to the point of a sales order or cancellation.

RateLogic
RateLogic

RateLogic allows a database of scheduled rates to be created for each customer. Rate codes, parts and materials may be costed against any job and a schedule of works report produced.

PDALogic
PDALogic

PDALogic provides a real-time interface between the JobLogic system and mobile operatives' PDA's, allowing all data to be gathered including signatures and bespoke forms.

WebLogic
WebLogic

WebLogic is a web based module that will allow your clients to login through your website and view their job details online in real-time. From here clients will also be able to save and print forms such as Job Sheets and bespoke certificates.

LinkLogic
LinkLogic

LinkLogic provides updates to your accounting software package. This module is designed to relieve the double entry of financial information into both systems.

RepLogic
RepLogic

RepLogic utilises the powerful "Report Builder" tool to provide both standard and user-definable report templates throughout the JobLogic system.

DateLogic
DateLogic

DateLogic is a comprehensive engineer's diary for managing the allocation of mobile operatives to jobs. Labour resource is easily monitored from a simple monthly overview grid which may be "drilled down" to a detailed daily schedule for each engineer.
